Hi, I'm Carolyn Lau! I turn "where do we even start?" into the trip of a lifetime. With over six years of experience planning cruises, Disney, and Universal vacations, and a serious obsession with Alaska, I am here to take all the overwhelming stuff off your plate so you can just show up and enjoy the magic.

How It Works

1. Fill Out A Trip Request Form Here

2. We connect – You’ll schedule a 30-min complimentary phone call where I will review your details and confirm what you’re looking for, plus we will also discuss my role as your travel advisor and everything included in my planning service fee

3. Vacation proposal – I’ll create a “first and best” proposal for your family

4. Book your vacation – Within 3 days of receiving your vacation proposal, you will decide if you would like to book. Fill out the credit card information form and my terms & conditions, then I will process your deposit directly with the travel supplier!

5. Stress-free planning – I’ll take care of everything from start to finish and answer all your questions along the way

“Why Do You Charge A Planning Fee?”

I charge a planning service fee because every vacation I plan is fully customized and thoughtfully handled from start to finish. This includes researching the best options for your trip, creating a personalized plan, monitoring details, and providing support before and during your vacation so you can travel stress-free!

Planning fees start at $199 per room for Walt Disney World, and $149 per room for Disney Cruise Line, Disneyland, Universal, and other destinations. Pricing may vary based on the complexity of your vacation and allows me to give each client the time, attention, and expertise their trip deserves.
